I like zombies, but I agree they're getting used too much. I don't want zombies to become the next vampire thing! We need more monster stuffs, werewolf is like the third offbrand choice. How about some headless guys?
You're right, they're the same kind of thing. The industries work in cycles. In the movies Twilight became huge so everyone needs a vampire movie to cash in. Games have stuff like Left 4 Dead and other zombie games and everyone wants to cash in on that format. Mythical creatures are a big drawn everywhere.
I dig zombie movies and such, but I just can't get into zombie games.
ReplyDeletewerewolf would be a slightly more original idea
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way. Where is the creativity?

ReplyDeleteAwesome post man, I can't wait to see more =]
ReplyDeletei lol'd at your analogy. I do see where your coming from too, it seems that every other game that comes out has zombies in it.
ReplyDeleteZombies rule, OK? Don't be talking trash about zombies...
ReplyDeleteSort of agreed...seems games are in a zombie fad.
ReplyDeletenice pic, I'm not interested by zombie games tho
ReplyDeleteAgreed, zombies are way too overused. Especially in shooters.
